The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has signed a two-year extension at the club which will keep him at the Signal Iduna Park until 2016.
Borussia Dortmund will be delighted after their prized asset, Mario Gotze, agreed to sign a two-year extension at the club. Gotze will now stay at the Westfalenstadion until 2016 as the club brushed aside any rumours of the player's
exit in the summer.

Gotze is currently out of action due to a hip injury and is expected to return next month in the fixture against Bayern Munich on April 11. The attacker is hopeful of achieving more success with the club and vows to fight for his
place in the starting line-up when he returns.
