Mario Gotze will not move abroad during the January transfer window - Bundesliga news
Borussia Dortmund midfielder Mario Gotze is certain to stay at the club during the upcoming January transfer window. Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp confirmed that the youngster has no complaints and is enjoying his time at Signal Iduna Park. He further praised
his efforts and wished to see him grow at the club.
Klopp believes that the teenager is a special talent and that he isn’t surprised with interest shown by foreign clubs. He also admitted about interest from English Premier League powerhouses, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 and Manchester United. The manager stated that Gotze will
only be moving abroad if he wishes to leave the club.
He further informed about interest from the fellow Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich. Klopp assured that the 19-year-old will not be sold to Bayern, neither in January nor anytime in the future.
While talking to the local press, the manager enthused, “To be honest, anyone not interested in Mario Gotze is a fool. If this kid continues to grow, he will become a target for Bayern Munich, but that does not necessarily mean he will go there. For now
there is nothing to say about it. Mario is very happy with us and we are totally satisfied with the situation.”
Klopp also expressed displeasure at the unavailability of the teenager for the upcoming league game against Hertha http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Berlin-c7536. Gotze received a red card in the club’s last game against Bayer Leverkusen, played on Saturday, August 27. The match ended all square
at 0-0.
German national team manager Joachim Low also reserved praise for Gotze. He regards him as a special talent and wished him success for his career. He believes that Bayern simply can’t pull a player to Allianz Arena if the club or the player himself doesn’t
wish to make the move.
He concluded the talks by saying, "I think that the days are gone when FC Bayern could simply take away a player from Dortmund."
Gotze so far has seven goals to his name from 42 league appearances for Dortmund ever since making his debut in 2009.
