Mario Kart Characters?

Question

I've got 18 characters (including my Mii) out of the possible 25(including Mii) that there are for racing.

And there are aren't any more question-marks showing can I still get the other characters that I haven't unlocked?

Whenever you have unlocked the 19th character it will appear in the character selection screen with five more question mark boxes. The last one is for Mii Outfit B, and there is no ? box for it, it just appears whenever you have beaten all time trials
