Mario Kart Wii staff ghost races.

Question

Can anyone tell me who the expert staff ghost is in moo moo meadows?

I play it and the one I THINK is NOT the expert is baby daisy and I can't beat her at all. I have gotten close but only when I do everything just right. I am wondering if this is the expert so that is why I am asking.

I'm not sure about the name of the fast staff ghost, but the normal one is Baby Daisy, named Nin*YuNya.
