Mario Paint Composer Help?

When i downloaded Mario Paint Composer for Windows and tried opening it and it wouldnt let me??? it said something about unable to load movie playlist. Does the.INI file exist? It must contain a section '[Movies]' with an entry 'Movie01=Pathname.dir'

????? so y coundnt i get it to open??

  1. Because the .ini file doesn't exist, obviously. It's asking you to make one.
