  1. Absolutely Not. He took a life and should pay the full term of Life without a possibility of parole. I don't understand why he's even considered.


  2. No.  He needs to be in his cell with "We all live in a yellow submarine" blasting 24/7.

    No. He is a murderer.  He should stay there and continue to cool his heels.  He's barking mad and needs to stay put.
