I am Mark Niver's daughter and I am extremely upset by your choice of words, he did NOT kill himself! To me, that expression means someone committed suicide and that is CERTAINLY not the case in my Dad's death. Your article lacks quite a bit of facts not only about the accident but about the sport of drag racing in general. I cant believe how a journalist (if that is what you call your self) could post an article that is not only poorly written but also contains verbage that is extremely hurtful to the family members and friends that are left behind. In the future, I would suggest to you that you keep in mind that the families and friends are reading what you place on the internet.
