Mark On p***s p***s !!!!!!!!!

Question

other night me and my girlfriend where having a drink. and one thing lead to another, we had s*x, it was quite rough compared to normal, anyway, the day after i went to the toilet and seen this purple kinda mark, it looks like its fading down now but im just wondering what it is?

its on the tip of the p***s, im sure i had one before (because of rough s*x) but it was alot smaller and more red than purpleish.

I had a screening test while i was with my girlfriend and showed that i was clean, also my girlfriend must be also as i had s*x before the screening test, i think this could be nothing but im just wondering if anyone can confirm it or a bit of advice,

it comes when your partner farts through her p***y durin s*x, this thins lube of precum causing friction and red mark can occur. It cures eventually
