Mark Selby has been in blistering form since the turn of the year – winning the Masters with a quite brilliant comeback against Ronnie O’Sullivan and then beating rising star Judd Trump in the first round of the Welsh Open.
King, meanwhile, will come into this match as the underdog; but an impressive 5-1 win against Scot Marcus Campbell in the first round of this rankings event along with a victory against snooker legend Jimmy White in the Masters will put him in contention for a shock. Expect Selby to triumph, though.
