which I checked and even though my nose is by proportion a little large, my thumbs are nearly a quarter of an inch longer than my nose, and my hands are just a little larger than normal for my height.

I refuse to test the mule donkey thing for my self

I found them all at least a little interesting except perhaps the scallop one and I guess I do not mind knowing it.

I love stuff like this!  Life in our world has so many fascinating aspects!

I would have to say the bit about the mule, donkey and quicksand definitely belongs at the head of the list, followed by the scallop's 35 blue eyes!

One has to wonder the WHY of those two facts.

WHY would a donkey sink, but not a mule - difference in body mass and weight, perhaps?

WHY would a scallop even have ANY eyes at all if it lives in a shell?  What could it see?

Are you sure about that foot bacteria count?  I swear my daughter must have had several times that many when she was a teenager - we used to have to insist that she leave her tennis shoes outside on the porch!
