what are the markers/paint called, the ones people use to write on car windows?

where can i get them?

Craft stores and I have seen them in dollar stores.

I think I've seen them called 'glass markers' or 'glass chalk', and I've seen them in craft stores like Hobby Lobby, Michael's, etc. If you can't find them that way, call a few car dealerships in your area - many dealers use them and might be willing to help you out.
