Marketing to high schoolers about conservation?

For my conservation project at school, i need to raise awarness about conservation...

we have posters, announcements, "green day" (they wear green), ...

any ideas...

perhaps after showing the video you could ask questions about what they saw that could waste energy

It might take some convincing - but if the faculty agree - combine classes to show overcrowding from habitat loss - this could also be done by having half the tables at lunch.
