  1. Markets?? I live here and I sure would not suggest you go to a market here. If you mean market as in a Street market.... DONT!!! If you just want names and where are they then ok. There is the one in La Isla, anotherone is right next to the Stadium, the other I know is Belen. There is one also in the center of the city, right above the Soberania Bridge.
