Markeys Beo hot favourite for the 420 metres race at Peterborough
Markeys Beo has been rated as hot favourite for the 420 metres flat race at Peterborough in England on Wednesday, May 2, 2012. The triumphant greyhound will bag a cash prize of £83 in the end.
The Grade A2 event, which is scheduled to start at 22:30 GMT, has attracted five fierce competitors and their names are as follows: Markeys Beo, Tropical Beauty, Racenight Wild, Fabulous Africa and Astrum.
Looking at the overall record of all hounds, the bookmakers have given the best odds to Markeys Beo, who has been in terrific form recently. The bettors are also likely to risk some money in her favour.
The H. Dimmock’s trainee has been performing brilliantly for the past few months, which shows that she is carrying terrific momentum at the moment. She has managed to win three races out of her past five outings, which shows the kind of form she is in at
the moment.
In her most recent race, Markeys Beo stamped her authority, winning by a comprehensive margin of almost five lengths. She was not rated as favourite to win, but still stunned one and all with her speed and stamina. No one was able to come anywhere closer
to her and a similar run would put her on top of the table today as well.
The white and black b***h has been running quite regularly at Peterborough, thus it will be difficult for the others to match her experience. She is the daughter of Boherna On Air out of Unreal and was born in November 2009.
On the other hand, Tropical Beauty will also be the one to watch out for in the race, as she is a quality performer. She has been doing a decent job at Peterborough, thus the punters are likely to risk some money in her favour today.
The J. Forman’s trainee finished fourth in her most recent race, which shows that she is not carrying good momentum at the moment. She was unable to challenge her rivals, which was not a positive sign at all. She is the daughter of Balintore Brave out of
Burnpark Kay and was born in March 2009.
