Marking of important numbers in mobile.?

I have read in some article that there is some method or code to identify important persons{like husband, father} phone numbers in mobile. so when there is an emergency i.e., accident, anyone at the spot can identify the numbers and inform the message. if it is so please mention the universal method of marking very important persons numbers in mobile.

assign speed dial number 1,2 upto 9 for nine important persons.

after assingning if you press simply 1 it will connect you to the person relating to speed dial 1

similarly 2 till 9
