Marks and Spencers Interview?

I have an interview with Marks and Spencers. I was wondering if anyone can give my some tips for the interview and what the inetrview may be like?? Thanks in advance...

Interviews are fine. They just want to know more about you. Be confident and tell them about your experiences but don't go bad-mouthing or complaining about customers and bosses. Focus on things like how you try to handle difficult customers etc. Don't be afraid to tell them of your weakness too, but do add in what you are doing to overcome your weakness. Good luck!
