  1. Where do you live? Israel might be OK, Moscow not so good. x

  2. As somebody just point it out, it depends where you live. Check at weather.co.uk the average temperature, in November, for the place where you want to have your marquee.

To be honest I doubt that at that time of the year it'll be comfortable for anybody to be in a open marquee, no matter where you are in the UK (I'm assuming you're in the UK).  Perhaps an enclosed one with outdoor heaters will work.

  3. Rent a tent, they really aren't that expensive and if it happens to be windy or raining the party can still go on.

If by chance you live n a colder climate, make it a winter wonderland party, and ask the guest to dress accordingly.

You can also rent a couple of heaters for the tent if you think you need them .

Good luck on your party, I could have given you a better suggestion if I had know where you lived and what the occassion is.
