Marques Colston or Wes Welker Fantasy Football?

Question

I know Colston is a better athlete and a number 1 reciever on his team so should this mean that he is better than wes welker fantasy-wise also? I think so, even in a PPR league. Who would you rather have on your team as #2 reciever behind Reggie Wayne?

Marques Colston. He is is a entering his third year (when most Wr's bloom) He is Drew Brees' favorite target and he plays in a weaker divison then Welker. Welker could be a one year wonder, Colston shows no signs of slowing down after two great seasons.

MARQUES COLSTON! FOR THE REASONS YOU JUST SAID. Also, Colston is by far the best receiver on the saints. Who's the second best? You tell me. He'll be Brees's top target. Welker is good too, but he has moss, gafney, and probably more to share some passes. Though, if there's room for welker in anyway, you should start him.

Colston for the reasons that you listed, although in a PPR it is much closer. I do have some concerns of Shockey stealing some significant touches from Colston. But he is still the best player on a pass happy offense.
