Marriage after H1B stamping?

Question

I am a bachelor, my petition is approved and

I am going for H1B stamping in Jan 2008 next month.

After that, I will marry in India only in Feb 2008 and

would like to take my spouse to US on dependent visa.

I cannot marry in Jan as the marriage date is fixed in Feb.

Will this be any issue to marry after H1B stamping and

immediately taking my spouse for stamping?

Will it be any issue if both of us go for stamping one week after marriage.

When you say "H-1B stamping," I take that to mean that you will be issued an H-1B visa in January, right?

The spouse of a principal alien classified H-1B, who is accompanying or following to join the beneficiary in the United States, is entitled to H-4 classification and is subject to the same visa validity, period of admission, and limitation of stay as the principal alien.

If you can prove that the girl who you marry is your wife, she can get an H-4 visa after the marriage. Getting an interview date after the wedding might be the hard part.

Marry as you wish and it will not affect your immigration status.

your spouse cannot come back with you after your marriage into the US,are you from India also?  you will have to get your sponsor to ask for a dependent visa for your wife, trough USCIS.

you have permission to return but be sure to contact the immigration USCIS before you leave the US,if you do not? you may not be able to get back into the US,
