Marriage and control and divorce?

Ok, for thouse who have read my post before, my wife has closed all the accounts and now we have sepperate accounts and pay the house and bills and food seperatly. I made her breakfast and she through it in the trash. I bought he very niv\ce flowers and she said i hate flowers and i put them in the trash. She said its the family and other things that need rebuilding. I am never doing anything for her again. The more i do and try, the more she hurts me and uses me. I plan on filing for divorce soon . She wants 1000.00 $ a month plus bills and i said i dont have that much. She makes 26 hr and i make 16 hour. what gives ????????????

That's when you need to go through an attorney when you file for divorce.  That way if she tries to come back on you for anything you have someone there to defend you etc.
