I am marrying my fiance in germany, he lives there but is not a citizen, and i have read through the embassy rules and regulations, i was wondering is there any way to get a visa for my soon to be husband quickly so that i do not lose my job or leave my children for too long?

  1. what is his country of citizenship? depending on his country of citizenship. I would advice him to get a visitor visa for the U.S. a nice little rule says that it is ok to meet and fall in love and get married in the U.S. then file the paper work that is how my wife and I handled it. a fiance visa is very hard to obtain. and if the marriage is real not just for monetary gain it will not be hard to prove. Joint bank accounts, utilty bills in both names. living together, lots of pictures.

  2. If this pertains to US immigration then try a fiancee visa and bring him here and marry him here.

  3. It depends what country you are talking about. If you mean the US, forget it. It will take at least a year, maybe two.
