Hello,guys!

I have an interesting question.I'm married since 2005 and if everything goes well we will go to USA in april with temporary visa. The problem is should we tell the embassy we are married or no...We think if we say that they are not gonna give us a visa.We will be in USA for six months and then we will be back.We have an apartment,a car,we have some money in bank and we have jobs too.

We just want to go for some experience and to see USA.Thank's

  1. You should always tell the truth.  If it's on a form then answer "married."  If they ask you verbally then tell them "yes, I'm married."   Never lie.  Never falsify a form.  Never submit false or altered documents.  Never!!!

    Do you understand?

  2. Yak Rider is correct.  Always tell the truth.  Consular officers know when you are lying - even if they're not certain what you are lying about.

You should also be prepared to explain how you can leave your apartment, car and jobs for six months without losing them, and without working in the US illegally.
