Marriage certificate?

ok so i wanna get married in front of a justice how do i go about setting this up?

you have to get a marriage license. go to your town hall, and file for one, and then you bring it with you when you go to the justice.

oh and you have to find a justice.

My hubby and I had to go to the health department and get a blood test (not costly) then go to the chancery clerk office and apply for the license there, we had to have a valid drivers license and the blood test results which took about a week to get back.  Then after another week we picked up our marriage license.  Some people go directly to a judge at the court house.  We knew ours and were actually married in his house. lol  But the clerks at the office can tell you about finding a judge.(which is free to the best of my knowledge)

First of all you do have to get a marriage license.  When you're at the court house getting the license, ask them about who to call to get a justice to perform the ceremony.
