  1. You may apply for a K-3 Visa for your fiance'. You must get married within 90 days though. You may order the forms online.

  2. You raise a quite a few issues here and ideally you should take legal advice as to your rights and the best way to progress the matter. Without knowing more I would normally advise my clients to apply for a fiance visa and solemnise a marriage upon return to the UK. However this may not fit in with your existing plans and therefore it is best to have a consultation first. I conduct a substantial number of applications such as yours on a regular basis and have a very high rate of success. You are welcome to contact me by email at info@solicitorsfirm.com or by phone on 02084017352. I usually charge a fixed fee for thes etypes of applications which includes all the work associated with preparation and submission including advising you on required documentation and evidence. I look forward to hearing from you. Cyrus Mansouri (p.s in case you did not know I am a solicitor with 17 years experience of UK immigration law)
