  1. LOL boy does that take me back a few years! I was 16 when I got married and taking highschool classes still, and finishing a trade (not the same as college but almost!) (btw im 24 now) I was able to go at my own pace and finish as fast as I needed to, I lucked out and was able to finish both before the wedding. It will be fine! Just busy durring the first.....however long you have left for school. Dont sweat it, just make time for just the two of you, that is SO important durring the beginning of your marraige. I wish you the best of luck, dont loose your dedication!

  2. I know women who are married 'with children' who attend school part time while maintaining a full time job.

It's about how determined they are to finish school, even if they need to take a semester off (for sanity's sake).  As long as your emotional plate is not full you should be fine.

It's about finding a balance, does your interest in finishing school conflict with your marriage somehow?

  3. My husband and I met while I was still in college.  Now he's in graduate school.  It's hard.  We actually lived apart for a year before getting married.  You have to keep things in perspective.  Even though things are difficult now they won't always be.

Every day try to do something loving for your partner.  Say I love you.  Be sure to have s*x regularly.  It's easy in a long-term relationship lose your sexual connection but it is so important to maintain it.  What I do for my husband is make his lunch, a nice dinner, take care of his laundry, be supportive of him when he's had a bad day etc. I look for ways to help make his busy schedule easier and he returns the favor by being very affectionate.  When we lived apart, we'd send pictures, talk on the webcam, text and call each other.  It is definitely possible to make things work, you've got to work a little harder though!

  4. yup im married and still a full time student and a mom but my wonderful husband supports us, only until i get done with school. Good Luck!

  5. I'm not totally sure- I have already graduated but my husband is in school and we just got married. I do know his concern with getting married before he finished school was that he wanted to complete school and establish a career before taking the 'step' of getting married- I noted that we were committed anyway and I could offer additional support while he is in school.
