  1. You can't automatically acquire UK citizenship through marriage:  you must apply for naturalization.  Here is a summary of the requirements:

" British citizenship may be granted upon fulfillment of the following conditions: Person has been a resident of the United Kingdom for five years. Persons married to British citizens are required to reside in the United Kingdom for the three years preceding application, with certain restrictions on periods spent outside the United Kingdom. Person is of good character and has sufficient knowledge of English, Welsh, or Scottish Gaelic. Person intends on remaining in the United Kingdom or entering Crown service."

  2. You will have to pay £200.00 And as a girl I once knew said, "I'd rather go back to Ghana."

  3. nope you can not............you might be able to apply for British citizenship in your own right...........what country are  you from and are you in the UK already.

  4. of course not. u must apply for recidence visa, they will give  u temporary for one year, then for 2 years, then u might apply for citizenship and if british goverment thinks u re good enough they will give it to u. before it was after 3 years of marriage, now maybe it is even longer. i hope.

  5. I would like to think the answer to that is no. But knowing the looney left and new labour it will sadly be yes.
