I married with US citizen in 2000. couldn't go to second interview -first one did not go well-, before I get the GreenCard I had to left the country due to order of immigration service. They sent me mail says "your petition denied please leave the countyr", anyway before they kicked me out I left the country, meanwhile I'm still married with my wife officialy, Any idea what is my status now? and can I go back the US?

  1. First get in touch with the USCIS and find out the "official" reason your petition was denied. Without knowing that we have no where to start.

  2. I guess they felt you where a cash deal?

    You are now an illegal!

    Married to wife officially?

No word about love or I miss her.

    They must have see that.

Go to Mexico, pay 2,500 and sneak in.

    You are now a illegal!

  3. If you were in the US illegally when you got married, your husband will need to file a petition for you to join him in the US, which will be denied, and then he will need to file for a waiver.  You need to get an immigration lawyer involved.

  4. You can't come back as your status would be illegal alien. We have enough of those so stay where you are.

  5. You should call the immigration office and ask your question they will tell you what you need to do next.

  6. If your wife loves you so much, tell her to go live with you.  You're no longer welcome in this country legally.
