not sure if this the right section but i'm pretty desperate for help. I live in the Uk and its near impossible to find a number for the american embassy for help. I'm lead to believe the best way to do this is through a fiance visa which my visa has filled out, however i also found out that cos i am pregnant that it could be filed faster?? however there is no where on the paperwork to mention this.

is it possible to turn up to america after the baby is born and get married and then file to speed things up? i've heard people do this alot but i am unsure of the risks if any. I have also heard that i can go over to america and get a residence visa?? which can extend my holiday visa from 3 months to 6 apparently?

tbh, i am very confused with all of this and its incredibly difficult to make heads and tails of any of this. ANY help would be appreciated on the best way me and my fiance should do this. thank you very much!

  2. Yes a fiance is probably the best way. and pregnancy doesn't speed things up.

Get your visa and then come here. You can't just "turn up" in America unless you want to get deported. Also you can not come over here on a tourist visa and change status. It's called immigration fraud and can get you deported.

The best way is the right way.
