  1. So, you are saying you are an Indian national who wants to marry a Chinese national.   What you do not say is where you are located.   If you are in India then merrying her should be easy because she is in your country.  By marrying her in India she will become an indian immigrant.

If you wish to marry her in China, you will have to fly to china, with a tourist visa, then marry her.  You will then become a chinese immigrant.

You mentioned that you wish to stay with her in Thilnad.  If neither of you are citizens of Thiland, then I am not sure exactly how either one of you are going to be able to get a marrage liscnese.   One of you would have to apply for dual citizenship in Thiland before the marrage.  Then that person would have to be the one to get the marrage liscnese and marry you.

For example.  If you had the higher income and the bigger savings account,  You would apply for duel citizenship.  You would do it because income and savings are the prime requisets in applying for duel citizenship.  You have to be able to prove on paper that you can support yourself financally in the country you are applying for dual citizenship for.

This will take a few months usually between six and nine months, and It will cost a lot of money, because you have to pay a lot of clerks, and your money has to sit in your savings account untouched while your paperwork is being processed....

Lets assume you are approved.  Great!!!  Then you need to go through the normal procedures for marrying a foreigner.  Since now you are a duel citizen, you can come and go to, and from India as you please, you are no longer hindered...  and you do not have to pay for your visa.  Once you two are married, She becomes a citizen, and will no longer have to pay for a visa either.

    Hope that helps,

    Jer
