Question:

Marshalls return policy?

I bought a pair of flip flops for $40 in Marshalls 35 days ago. Yesterday one flip flop broke, so I took it back to Marshalls and they refused to take it back. The manager said they could only take unworn items in less then 30 days from the day of purchase. I only had the flip flops for little over a month and they were pretty expensive, aren't they supposed to take deffective items back for longer than 30 days?

  1. no once the 30 pass its no longer their problem if the item broke or something like that. YOu can try fixing the flip flop so it looks fine and try returning it for store credit without showing the receipt
