What are some Martial Arts technique that I could learn for breathing and the basics. What are the names of the techniques and where can they be taught?

  1. kickboxing is a good arobic work out and it is good for your breathing technique or whatever. they have kickboxing classes at most health clubs. my studio has a class, other martial arts studios probably do too.


  2. the basics differ depending on the art

    but as for breathing usually the same principle goes for most arts.  breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. and try to keep your abs tightened

    i think you can take this at the YMCA

  4. Tai Chi Chuan is a great excercise in both breathing, flexibility, and martial capability.
