Martial Arts Floor Kick Bag

Question

I've recently got back into Martial Arts training, Kick Boxing and Kung Fu.

I am looking for a Kick bag that i can buy which is placed on the Floor.

(not hanging from the ceiling).

I heard and seen some that is made by Everlast & you have to fill it with water or sand ? can anyone suggest what is best ?

Everlast is a good name brand. There's also Century and Powerline.
