Martial arts does 4 finger arm lock still hurt after you are let go and is it very painful?

Technique + Pain = Ok if pain leaves after technique ends

It shouldn't still hurt after you are released- don't leave it too late to tap or you risk permanent joint damage.

I don't believe finger locks are allowed in Jujitsu. They are taught and allowed in Bujinkan Ninjutsu.

a lock will only hurt after the lock is taken off if  damage is done to the joints.; generally its teparary however sometime it could be permanent
