She's was amazing, and I'd say she was the best FEMALE player of all time. The greatest PLAYER of all time - its too hard to call that one. We have Sampras, Agassi, Borg and SO many others. Even the current top 10 players are incredibly talented! Roger's great, and Rafa and Novak still have their whole career ahead of them. Its so hard to answer!

In the modern era of female tennis players I would agree. However, there have been many great women tennis players that we were not privelged to watch such as Little Mo Maureen connolly who is her hey day achieved great things.

Nope,of the other women,Hingis,Seles,williams x2,henin are above.They all play with the same control as Martina,but awesome power,which is something she never had

more then likely.... she was one of the best players of all time... she was on the list of the best tennis players in an open era in history.... next to her was steffi graf. the list was composed of 40 players...

As much as I love both Navratilova and Graf, I would have to give it to Steffi. She had more grandslam wins and won every single one of the grandslams at least 4 times.
