Marvin The Martian?? Superhero?

Would you consider Marvin the Martian to be a superhero, or a villain? and please explain. If u don't know who he is, there is a picture in the blue link. Thanks!! :)

I think Marvin is just misunderstood... I think those episodes where he comes to earth and tries to take then he's a villin but still misunderstood because Marvin just doesn't know any better!

He is less of a villain and more of a foil.

Let me see he is normally trying to destroy the earth, sounds like a villian to me.  Of course he isn't a very serious villian, kinda like the villiany of Elmer Fudd.
