  1. Instead of addressing each of these separately, I will address them under a brief explanation of Marxism.

From a sociological perspective, Marxism looks at social values from a conflict perspective.  In other words, the wealthy capitalist, or what he coined owners of the means of production,  have structured society in a way to perpetuate their power and social status.  All social values are artificially created realities with that one purpose alone.  Part of maintaining this power is to keep the general population, the labor class, in check by creating social values that the labor class will accept without revolting against the business owners.  Marx basically said that we, in capitalist society, have been duped into the idea of a Judeo-Christian / "Protestant work ethic" value system that was created for the purpose of maintaining power.  Look at it like a Matrix kind of thing.

Marxism would argue that the roles of races in society have been specifically engineered for the purpose of keeping blacks to a more subordinate role in capitalist society so that they can be more easily exploited by those in power for their labor.  By encouraging a separation of the races, it helps prevent the black community from becoming more powerful, and by discouraging interracial relationships, we are perpetuating this separation.
