  1. not true. First i am not a Marxist, so no biases here. Marxists view change as social change. There has to be an effect on society for it to be significant. The change involves and starts with the society. It need not be radical. If you would read Marx's works, it is not pertaining to violence. It need not be violent. There are just many people who twist the points of Marxists and view them as upstarts and rebels and anarchists. But this is not the case. Some self-proclaimed Marxists do not understand the ways of Marx. Violence does not have to happen, but it will if it should. Some people just use this argument as a means to justify their thirst for a revolution, thus giving Marxists a bad name. The thing here is that social change is often associated with radical moves, because it is what can easily be seen. The society must act as a whole, because it is with society that people live, and it is society that people are a member of. Thus, change is only meaningful if the society acts together to change something in itself. Because of the nature of the change in society (i mean, if the whole society has to change, then i guess it looks radical in that sense), some Marxists are viewed as radical people.

  2. Not true.  "Marxism" is along the same lines as socialism and is supposed to be, in theory, a very peaceful political-economic system where all people are equal.  I highly highly highly doubt Marx wanted the communism today where a violent head rules and everyone else has nothing.  Marxism can't be a violent change in order for it to work correctly.  It has to be a social change....a slow process that is finished when everyone agrees and understands the view to be the best for the society.  If it's violent, it doesn't work.

  3. Their ideas cannot stand up to rigorous examination and questioning; so they have to find relevance in destruction.  Just look at history, 100 million people have been killed because of communism.
