Maryland's mandatory coverage for IVF

Question

I am a Maryland resident and I have health insurance in Maryland through my employer who is located in Missouri. Does my employer have to cover my IVF treatments if I meet all of Maryland's requirements even though they are located in another state that does not have the same mandate?

If your policy is through a missouri insurance company, then it will follow missouri law.
