Question:

Maryland provisional license test?

I have a learner's permit and I've fulfilled all the requirements to receive a provisional license, I just need to take the test. I have an appointment schedules, but I want to know what to practice before the test. What skills are tested (like 3-point turns, parking, staying centered in a lane)? How many times can I fail without penalty? If there is a limit, what is the penalty for failing too many times?

  1. the best place to get your answers is to go to the Maryland's DMV website.

I've been looking at those pages a lot lately - they give you all the information you need on the written tests, driving tests for automobiles and for motorcycle permits and written tests and also for motorcycle safety awareness classes where you'll get your motorcycle endorsement.

And - they will test you on the 3 point turn, staying centered in a lane, changing lanes, parallel parking (hated it), stop sigh, use of turn signals, turning corners, stopping at light - that's the skills I was tested on years ago - they should be the same as the one's you  have to pass now.

    Good Luck!
