Mascara Question?????

Question

I need some new mascara but I don't know what I should get. I would like to get something that curls my lashes without lengthening them because I already have really long eyelashes. Pictures of the mascara bottle or describing what it looks like in some way would be nice so that I know what to look for. Thanks so much!

Everyone's lashes are different so if you can, go to a Sephora and test mascaras.  If you don't have time, these are my favorites:

High end - Lancome, Dior Show, Napoleon, and Two-faced

Low-end - Lashblast, Wet N Wild, Maybelline (the pink and green tube)

Mainly though, it's how you apply it.  To NOT get the length, take the wand and wiggle it near the lash roots then pull it up really lightly so it doesn't coat the lashes all the way up.  Or take the wand and turn it sideways like you are pointing at your eye with it, so just the tip is used.  Only do every other lash so you don't have full coverage.  But I think the first way is easiest and works the best.

covergirl lashblast.    it works amazingly and doesn't clump. it says it lengthens eyelashes but its not as lengthening as it says,but it gives it a nice curl, and i dunno if your gunna b able to find one without length.

Hun, if you're lucky enough to have long lashes spend as little as you like on a mascara but invest in a pair of eyelash curler by shu uemura. apply a coat of mascara then curl your lashes and hold for about 10-30 seconds. Hey presto ..

If you are using mascara and you have long lashes already, you cant expect the mascara not to intensify your lashes as far as length is concerned. And sometimes it's not the mascara you use, its how you apply it. Use the wand on the opposite side of your lashes, close to your lid. Using it in this direction will curl the lash back. You'll probably have some blunders using it in this direction, so afterward just clean up with a q-tip with some warm water.
