Mascara: Top lashes only?

Is mascara only for the top lashes?

I'm sure you can use it on both top and bottom, but it looks better only on the top.

absolutly not! you can do it on the top and bottom... i usually dont do it on the bottom just because it flakes off and goes into my eyes but if you like it and it looks good then more power to you putting it on your bottom and top! if you do put it on your bottom lashes, though, make sure that u have eye liner on there too... hope this helps!

u can use it for both! normally i put mascarra on top and liner on bottom

both top and bottom if you want to draw attention to your eyes, but if your eyes ain't you greatest feature(say your lips are) just the top. =D

It's for either, but most people think it looks better just on the top.

But what I do is I put some on my top, and then some on my lower. And I take my finger and kind of wipe some off my lower lashes, so it makes them thicker and longer, but not too thick and long.

Then I put a little eyeliner on, and I think it looks fine.

It's for both. But if you have dark circles you shouldn't do that because it draws attention to that part of the eye.
