Mascara problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i just got a max factor 2000 calorie mascara ..when i opened it it feels so dry...n not so great..i cant buy another one..bt how can i make it work

If your mascara has dried or starts to dry up, never add water or anything else to moist it up, this can again add germs or start germs breeding.

Never pump the wand into the tube. This procedure only adds air to the mascara, drying it out.

Mascara is a breeding ground for germs. Be sure to replace it every three months.

Get a money refund, if you still have the store receipt.

Buy another brand. Don't buy the clearance make-up. More than likely its out of date!

I have that mascara.

Mine dried up reaaaally quickly too but it still works amazing.

Its my favorite.

Just try it and see if it works out for you like it did for me.

If you bought the mascara within the month and still have your reciept you should be able to return it.  Just take it in and show them that its not right. A lot of time makeup does not get shuffled around so you could be getting 6 month old mascara that has started to dry!! I hope that works!! Good luck!

Yeah I agree, if you have the receipt just bring it back and get a refund or at least get them to give you a new replacement tube. Good luck!

Hiya, take it back to the store and complain, they should change it for you. They will be able to see that the consistency is not right. You have to have your receipt though.
