The Barcelona defender has stated that it has come as a huge surprise that their manager will be returning to action in the Catalan’s upcoming game against Espanyol.
Only a few weeks back, Barcelona’s head-coach, Tito Vilanova was ruled out from all of his coaching duties as he encountered a relapse of a cancer.
It was the second time that the same kind of tumour was spotted in the pelvic gland of Vilanova and he was rushed to hospital for the treatment in the case.
Only twelve months prior to the re-occurrence of the medical issue, Vilanova underwent a surgery and this relapse came as a huge surprise for the whole of Barcelona associated people.
Barcelona took quick measures by appointing Roura as the interim manager of the team and he replaced Tito for the time being.
The Blaugrana manager had to go under a surgery and the after the treatment, the Catalan board announced that things went well in hands of the doctors who took the responsibility of removing the glandular tumour.
Recent reports have now surfaced and are claiming that the Catalan boss will soon be taking his seat again after his recovery from the illness and this has come as a huge surprise for all the Barcelona folks.

"After everything that we have experienced, the week before the game against Valladolid we did not think that Tito could be back with us so soon," he said at an open training event for club members.”

"Sharing the only open training session of the year is a special day for the club and for us, and that so many people attended is great. We are not used to it and it makes it a special day."
