Mask Maker, Mask Maker, Make Me A Mask...

Question

I need a website, or a store, or a person, who can make me a mask that i designed/sketched, out of Porcelain. My mask has different depth in detail and color. So they have to be good, I'm willing to pay top dollar for my mask. Anyone with any information on where i can get this done, will be Very much appreciated. Thanks Bye.

I think you need a professional mold maker. Check the Yellow Pages of your city. You may also need an artisan, not an artist. Students of art may be willing to make the mold for you, too.

Out of porcellain you would search for a local potter/sculptor. Search for somebody who does sculptural work in clay and whose portfolio you like. You could check at galleries, local universities and pottery studios.

If you really want to pay top dollar (at least a couple of thousands) you can ask a well known artist to do this for you. I like the work of Sergei Isupov and he is certainly brilliant as far as painting on clay/porecellain is concerned, but he is certainly going to be really expensive...and then he probably would have to like your design as well.
