Masons - do they have a stranglehold on the establishment?

Libel cases require a jury - why was case against Masons and Home Office - HQ03X01427 (UK Queen's Bench Division - High Court London) decided in favour of the defendants without a jury and without a hearing? Is this evidence of the influence masons have on our judicial system?

They have an unfair influence on public affairs. There are 500000 in the UK alone !.But because of its structure lower degrees of Freemasons are kept from knowing what higher degree masons are engaged in or what they are required to keep secret  .So there is secrecy inside secrecy as well.Overall this is a very strange organisation. There must be advantages to being in it as most people that are in it seem to "get on" in life with ease.

No the masons are a fine upstanding worldwide establishment of members who withstand the law on oath and they respect the wishes of police forces because many coppers join it, i truly wish i was not former scum of the earth so i could have joined them but my life was so screwed up they would never let me near them.
