Masquerade costume question?

I am needig some ideas, I have searched but found nothing that really stuck out to me. I want a somewhat s**y dress and a mask to go with it.

Does anyone know of any direct links that carry this sort of costume? Or I was thinking I could even buy a regular dress and make it go with my costume. Any ideas on that?

Buy a plain mask that just covers your eyes and really dress it up with feathers, beads etc...then do the same thing to your dress.  You could just call yourself "Sparkle".
