Question:

Mass storage device not working

When I insert a pen drive in one of th USB , the system does not recoganise it.

On going through the device manager, I realised that it shows yellow ! mark against the mass storage device. The driver has got corrupted it seems.

The pen drives work on the other lap tops. I have win XP as the OS.
Pl. help.
