Massachusetts Mandatory Health Insurance ?

Question

My co worker received a letter Friday stating if he doesnt get on a health plan they will be deducting 100-150 dollars a week from him??

Question: does anyone know of the cheapest insurance to get? I cant afford to have the same done to me, as Im on very low income, but just over the line to receive insurance free.

Can anyone make a suggestion on insurance plans/names?
