Massachusetts Termination of Parental Rights?

Please only answer if you know what you're talking about and/or have a web site for me.

How does MA compare to other states as far as terminating parental rights? This is an abuse/neglect case, and for privacy reasons, I don't want to give too much info. Thanks!

I don't know the procedure in MA, but where I live, it's pretty cut and dry if their are no issues.  We are in the process of going through two of them now for children in our home and one is easier than the other as there are some nationality issues...(can't get into that one...too much info).  It depends on how long the children have been in care, what if anything the parents are doing...consistency / housing / jobs...etc. If you haven't witnessed one I suggest you go...this will be the only way you get the real story on why your children live with you!
