The head coach of the Rossoneri outfit is unfazed by speculation of him getting the axe in the near future due to the abysmal performances of the Diavolo so far.
There has been a lot said about the job security of the head coach at AC Milan, and after their less than impressive start to the Serie A season, names have started floating of possible candidates for the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Job-c18684. It all started after Massimiliano Allegri had
an apparent disagreement with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Adriano-c3773 Galliani over the targets of the club for the upcoming season.
Galliani had stated that with the squad they have assembled, there can be no excuses for the inability of the Rossoneri outfit to compete for the Scudetto in the upcoming campaign. When Allegri was asked the same thing, he went on to suggest that Milan would
be looking to finish in the top three.
Allegri has apparently been unhappy with the club for letting so many key players leave the club without enforcing the side with acquisitions of the same calibre. The start to the 2012-13 season by the club has not made life any easier for the Rossoneri
outfit, as they have only managed to collect a solitary win from the four matches they have played so far in the Lega.
What is even more disconcerting is the fact that they have lost the other three matches, and have not managed to draw even a single game of the remaining matches. Allegri went on to remark that his men were unlucky not to get more out of the match, and he
even took heart from the match against Udinese and stated that his team showed a lot of determination when they were down to nine men.
He was quoted to have said:
“I don’t feel guilty, nor a victim. We lost today, yes, but played with courage down to nine men and that is a good sign. The lads deserve credit for that. We are missing results. Today it was a defeat, but the team played well and we still have to build
on that to correct mistakes. We should’ve marked Di Natale on the corner and made an error on the penalty.”
Milan were booed in their Champions League fixture at the San Siro in their Champions League clash.
